"A great idea unfortunately supported by a very glitchy app which seems to stick between pages, or takes you back where you've already been, or displays no content at all. Really frustrating, especially at a time when we're having to wrestle with apps whether we like them or not. I wouldn't mind so much if this were a new service, but Pigeonhole has been going five years - more than enough time to get the thing working smoothly. Come on guys, get it together - you have a great product but if it doesn't work properly someone else will nip in and leave you standing."

"Despite reading previous books on my tablet it is now telling me it is not optomised for my device (Lenovo Tab 4 Plus) So I am unable to read the books I signed up for - very disappointing! Several months later this is still an issue. I can't read any books "live". I have to wait until they go onto my bookshelf."

"A great free app that allows you to read books for free often before they are published. There are interviews with authors and often the author will reply directly to readers comments as the book is being read. Great community of readers to interact with and fantastic customer service. You are asked to give an honest review of the book when you have finished but there is no pressure to do so. Highly recommended."

I get the extracts then I'm directed to install the app. When I try to do this I'm told that the app is already installed and that is where my attempt is halted Please tell me how I can read my books on my PC as well as my mobile phone.
